A beautiful day riding from Missoula to Helena the capital of Montana. It was 116 mile ride climbing 6500 feet the first 4000 feet gradually spread over 90 miles. I was fortunate to get in with a good group and we really cruised but a mile 80 I had to slow down and get ready for the big hill which did not disappoint! Countryside is rolling hills with Mountains all around rivers, forests - beautiful!! And, Kelly had a big day too with 57 miles and 3700 ft in Lake Louise a few hundred miles north of where I’m at.

You are so positive! I rode 57 miles over 5 hours , climbed 3700 feet in gorgeous jasper canada! (including a lunch stop) all I could think to myself was, damn, my quads are feeling this! Go babe!
